The game is in the process of being created right now. Since you joined, I'm guessing you'd like to be part of the staff? Well, first of all let me explain.
A simulated horse game [what this is] is a game where you can own, breed, race, show, buy, sell, auction, care for, and do a lot more with your own sim [fake, pretend] horses. You get to choose the age, breed, color, name, etc. of each of your horses and sometimes even own your own pretend stable, barn, farm, or ranch.
This game is still being made, actually, you've come just at the very start of it. I'm sure you will enjoy it once you understand it more. If you have any more questions about it, I'd be happy to answer them, just try to be specific.
